Stuffed Tortilla
This Mexican tortilla is delicious and completely kid-friendly. I fill it with mature cheese, strips of chicken roll (Beter Leven 2 stars), and red pepper, then grill it on the grill plate. I serve it with a raw vegetable salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, and red pepper, along with a pot of tomato ketchup.
Chicken roll (Beter Leven 2 stars), red pepper, cucumber, cherry tomato, carrot, sweetcorn, mature cheese, flour tortilla (contains gluten), tomato ketchup, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the tortillas on the baking paper for 1-2 minutes. Note: the tortilla will not be crispy after coming out of the microwave. Serve with the salad and the tomato ketchup (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 5-10 minMarleen's choice
Heat the tortillas uncovered on the baking paper for 5-10 minutes. Serve with the salad and the tomato ketchup (cold).
