Stuffed Burrito
An ideal dish for both young and old: you fill the tortilla yourself with the gently stewed sauce made with tomato, kidney beans, carrot, and minced beef (better living 2 stars) along with iceberg lettuce, then fold or roll it up into a burrito and dig in!
Minced beef (better living 2 stars), tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, celery, carrot, white onion, garlic, kidney beans, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, oregano, rosemary, thyme, mature cheese, soft tortilla (contains gluten), tomato purée, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, selderij.
Microwave
Heat the beef sauce loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4 minutes (2 or more persons). Add the tortilla for the last 30 seconds. Fill the warm tortilla with the beef sauce and lettuce.
Oven — 200°C, 15-20 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the minced beef sauce covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Add the tortilla for the last 2 minutes. Fill the warm tortilla with the beef sauce and lettuce. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
