Spicy Chicken with Pineapple
Normally, I'm not a fan of using fruit in savoury dishes, but in this case, I really make an exception. The caramelised pineapple paired with the spicy chicken thigh (better living 2 stars) is a fantastic match. I serve it with green vegetables and colourful rice. The chicken looks different from the photo.
Spicy Chicken with Pineapple
Chicken thigh fillet (better living 2 stars), broccoli, pak choi, pointed cabbage, carrot, spring onion, garlic, red chilli, pineapple, lime juice, fresh coriander, mint, chilli flakes, sambal badjak, peanuts, sesame seeds, basmati rice, brown rice, gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, cornflour, light brown sugar, rice vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: pinda, schaaldieren, sesamzaad, soja, sulfiet, vis.
Microwave
Heat the chicken, rice, and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the chicken, rice, and vegetables covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
