Spaghetti Bolognese
This traditional Italian Bolognese sauce simmers for hours and is made from tomatoes, fresh vegetables, herbs, and beef mince (2 stars better living). This allows all the flavours to meld beautifully, resulting in a wonderfully rich sauce. I serve the Bolognese with wholemeal spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Spaghetti Bolognese
Beef mince (better living 2 stars), tomatoes, celery, carrot, white onion, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, mozzarella, wholemeal spaghetti, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, selderij.
Microwave
Heat the Bolognese loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the Bolognese covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
