Soft Beef Taco with Guacamole
These soft tacos filled with a rich minced beef sauce (Beter Leven 2 stars), sautéed peppers, and kidney beans can be found on every street corner in Mexico. I serve them with fresh guacamole featuring chunks of tomato. At home, you simply fill the tortillas with the warm beef sauce and guacamole, roll them up, and enjoy!
