Shepherd's Pie with Chicken and Sage
This is yesterday's meal, still just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Packed per person in sustainable disposable packaging. This classic oven dish from England is prepared this time with a sauce brimming with vegetables, chicken, and bacon. The sage adds a refined flavour. We cover this casserole with a smooth mash of sweet potato and 'ordinary' potato. On top, we sprinkle some feta, a delightful flavour combination with the sweet potato!
Bacon, Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), white onion, peas, leek, carrot, celery, garlic, potato, sweet potato, fresh parsley, sage, feta made from pasteurised sheep's and goat's milk, milk, butter, wheat flour, tomato purée, homemade chicken stock (contains celery), butter, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, selderij.
Microwave
Heat the pie loosely covered for 3-4 minutes.

Preheat the pie covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
