Sausage with Summer Mash
Fresh organic fennel sausage from Brandt&Levie (organic pork, sea salt, red wine, fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, sweet paprika), leek, runner beans, white beans, peas, potato, apple, fresh parsley and chives, milk, Dijon mustard, sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, pepper & salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the mash with the sausage loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 5-6 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the apple compote (cold).

Heat the mash with the sausage covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the apple compote (cold).
