Sausage with Spinach Mash
I make this mash with fresh spinach, broccoli, and steamed potatoes. With a splash of extra virgin olive oil, milk, and a hint of mustard, I season this mash to perfection and make it creamy. I serve it with a fresh beef sausage. Pure simplicity, full of flavour, and delightful for young and old!
