Rolled Pork with Lemon Sauce and Asparagus
This slowly cooked rolled pork shoulder is sliced thinly after roasting. We serve it with a sauce made from preserved lemon, a vegetable mix with asparagus, salsify, and a classic potato cake. Enjoy!
Pork roll (pork, clove, nutmeg, ginger, pepper, cardamom, chilli powder, salt), peas, green beans, spinach, green asparagus, salsify, leek, white onion, garlic, carrot, celery, celeriac, potato, fresh rosemary, thyme, confit lemon, nutmeg, rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, clove, juniper berries, peppercorns, milk, cream, chicken stock, homemade veal stock (contains celery), homemade chicken stock (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.

Microwave
Heat the rolled pork with sauce covered and the baby potatoes with the vegetables uncovered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the rolled pork with sauce and the baby potatoes with vegetables covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 20-25 minutes (1 person) to 30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
