Pasta with Chicken and Lemon
This pasta has a lovely fresh taste thanks to the sauce we make with ricotta and lemon. The Parmesan cheese adds a savoury flavour to the sauce. With roasted chicken thigh fillet that we marinate overnight in basil, garlic, and a hint of red pepper. Enjoy!
Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), broccoli, courgette, garlic, red pepper, lemon, fresh basil, preserved lemon, Parmesan cheese, ricotta, casareccia pasta, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Heat the pasta and chicken loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the pasta and chicken covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
