Pasta Bolognese
This Italian Bolognese sauce simmers for hours and is made from tomatoes, plenty of fresh vegetables, Italian herbs, and high-quality minced beef (2 stars better life). This allows all the flavours to meld beautifully, resulting in a wonderfully rich sauce. I serve the Bolognese with whole grain pasta.
Minced beef (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, courgette, white onion, leek, carrot, celery, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, fennel seeds, Parmesan cheese, whole grain penne pasta, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, selderij.
Microwave
Heat the Bolognese loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the Bolognese covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Plastic containers and lids cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
