One pot chili con carne
A heartwarming chili made with minced beef. We cook the basmati rice directly in the pan, allowing all the flavours of the tomatoes and spices to infuse beautifully. Richly filled with kidney beans, tomatoes, peppers, and corn, accompanied by a refreshing parsley yogurt dip with lemon. Pure comfort food without the fuss.
Minced beef (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, carrot, celery, white onion, red onion, garlic, lemon, fresh parsley, brown beans, kidney beans, corn, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, oregano, paprika powder, Greek yogurt, basmati rice, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (contains soy), chicken stock, tomato purée, white miso (soybean paste), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.

Heat the chili loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the yogurt dip (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Heat the chili covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the yogurt dip (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
