Nachos Bolognese
My children always love this: a Mexican-Italian meal with a bolognese sauce packed full of vegetables. Together with kidney beans and cheesy tortilla chips, this makes a delicious (kid-friendly) meal.
Minced beef (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, celery, carrot, white onion, bell pepper, garlic, fresh thyme, kidney beans, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, oregano, tortilla chips (made from corn flour), mature cheese, tomato purée, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, koemelk, mosterd, selderij, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the bolognese with the tortilla chips uncovered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more persons). Note: the tortilla chips will not be crispy from the microwave.
Oven — 200°C, 15-25 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the bolognese with the tortilla chips covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil in the baking dish for 10-15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Then place it uncovered in the oven for another 5 minutes. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to a baking dish.
