My Healthy Turkish Dürüm
A Turkish feast on your plate this Friday! I slow-cook the minced beef (Beter Leven 2 stars) with spices, tomato, and a bit of heat until it's beautifully tender. You'll receive a generous salad on the side and a portion of garlic sauce made with yoghurt. Roll it up and enjoy! If you like it spicier, feel free to add some sambal or sriracha sauce.
