My Chilli Con Carne
One of my favourites is this chilli that I make with spicy minced beef (better life 2 stars), black beans, and smoked paprika. The latter adds an eccentric, slightly smoky flavour to the chilli. You'll also receive a portion of spiced rice that I mix with various vegetables. The dish looks different from the photo (the rice with vegetables is not shown!).

Minced beef (better life 2 stars), red bell pepper, white onion, courgette, carrot, yellow beetroot, tomato, spring onion, garlic, red chilli, lemon, fresh coriander, sweetcorn, black beans, chilli powder, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, oregano, paprika powder, allspice, basmati rice, Camargue rice (red rice), brown rice, tomato purée, baking soda, honey, organic vegetable stock, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the chilli with the rice loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) and 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the chilli with the rice covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
