Mexican Burrito with Pulled Chicken
This dish comes from the Mexican cuisine! We fill tortillas with a rich chilli sauce made from tender pulled chicken (Beter Leven 2 stars), sweet potato, beans, corn, and spicy seasoned rice. At home, you will gratin the burrito with a layer of cheese and crème fraîche. Served alongside is a crunchy Mexican salad, dressed with a refreshing lime dressing.
Mexican Burrito with Pulled Chicken
Chicken thigh fillet (Beter Leven 2 stars), pointed cabbage, carrot, yellow beet, radish, white onion, spring onion, garlic, red pepper, sweet potato, lime juice, fresh coriander, parsley, brown beans, chickpeas, corn, chilli powder, ginger, cinnamon, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, oregano, mature cheese, crème fraîche, basmati rice, brown rice, soft tortilla (contains gluten), chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (contains soy), Dijon mustard, gluten-free soy sauce, tomato purée, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the burrito loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Gratin for the last minute uncovered. Serve with the salad.

Preheat the burrito covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Gratin for the last 5 minutes uncovered. Serve with the salad. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
