Macaroni with Spinach and Bacon
Delicious in flavour and vibrant in colour, this wholemeal macaroni dish is perfect for children. The bacon is fried until crispy with finely chopped onion, adding a burst of flavour to the generous amount of spinach we add later. We cook the wholemeal macaroni until al dente, ensuring the dish retains its 'bite'. With a touch of cream cheese, mature cheese, and a hint of nutmeg, we finish off the dish.

Microwave
Heat the macaroni loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the macaroni covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
