Macaroni & Cheese
A classic in my kitchen. The taleggio, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, nutmeg, and oregano create the rich flavour of this dish. I stir in some cubes of artisanal cooked ham (better living 2 stars). I use whole grain macaroni, which is high in fibre and pairs well here. Served alongside are crispy green beans.
Macaroni & Cheese
Cubes of ham, green beans, nutmeg, oregano, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Taleggio D.O.P. (made from pasteurised cow's milk), milk, cream, whole grain macaroni, butter, wheat flour, pepper and salt.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the mac & cheese and green beans loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-5 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-25 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the mac & cheese and green beans covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, please transfer to an oven dish.
