<b>Clafoutis - leek - red pepper</b> Savory tart filled with sweet braised leek, salty feta, and a mildly spicy harissa made from peppers and paprika. <b>Lamb - artichoke - preserved lemon - garden pea</b> Lamb meatballs topped with artichoke hearts in a sauce of garden peas and preserved lemon, served with pearl barley tabbouleh and courgette. <b>Poppy seed - strawberry - elderflower - amaretti</b> Moist poppy seed lemon cake with strawberries marinated in elderflower syrup and amaretti custard.

Microwave
Starter: Heat the tart for 1 minute until warm on a plate. See above for details. Note: the tart will not become crispy in the microwave. Main: Heat the meatballs (2 per person) and courgette with filling (1 per person) covered with foil for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more people). Warm the sauce in a saucepan and serve alongside. Dessert: see above.
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 minMarleen's choice
Starter: Heat the tart for 8 minutes until warm on baking paper. Spoon some red harissa on top. Main: Heat the meatballs (2 per person) and courgette with filling (1 per person) covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more people). Warm the sauce in a saucepan and serve alongside. Dessert: Place the cake on a plate, add custard beside it, and top with strawberries.
