Lasagne Bolognese
This traditional lasagne is filled with a slowly simmered Bolognese sauce made from tomatoes, fresh vegetables, and a mix of beef and pork mince (Better Life 2 stars). This allows all the flavours to meld beautifully. The light béchamel sauce with Parmesan cheese adds a creamy softness to the lasagne.
Lasagne Bolognese
Beef mince (Better Life 2 stars), tomatoes, carrot, celery, white onion, garlic, fresh rosemary, sage, thyme, juniper berries, cloves, nutmeg, oregano, thyme, rosemary, Parmesan cheese, milk, fresh lasagne sheets (wheat flour, free-range egg), butter, wheat flour, pepper and salt.

Microwave
Heat the lasagne loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the lasagne covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20 minutes (2 or more persons). Then, uncover and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, please transfer to an oven dish.
