Lamb Tagine with Fennel
A typical Arabic tagine, but made with our own Texel lamb. The combination of Arabic spices, apricot, and preserved lemon with braised fennel makes this a delicious and healthy dish. You'll also receive fluffy couscous packed with fresh herbs.
Lamb Tagine with Fennel
Lamb shoulder (better life 2 stars), fennel, tomatoes, courgette, white onion, sweet potato, dried apricots, fresh chives, dill, coriander and parsley, preserved lemon, chickpeas, chilli powder, ginger, cinnamon, cumin seeds, paprika powder, ras el hanout (including turmeric, coriander seeds, lavender, spearmint, oregano, bay leaf, sage, thyme, saffron), raisins, couscous, baking soda, organic vegetable stock, homemade chicken stock (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the lamb tagine with vegetables and the couscous loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the lamb tagine with vegetables and the couscous covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
