Korean Beef
This tender beef (better living 2 stars) is marinated with fresh ginger, rice wine, soy sauce, and star anise, and through the long cooking process, the meat becomes beautifully soft and full of flavour. It comes with roasted mushrooms sprinkled with sesame seeds, pak choi, and aubergine, along with steamed rice.

Beef chuck (better living 2 stars), aubergine, mushrooms, carrot, bean sprouts, pak choi, spring onion, garlic, red chilli, lime juice, fresh ginger, mint, Chinese 5 spices (coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, mustard flour, anise, bay leaf), coriander seeds, star anise, sesame seeds, basmati rice, brown rice, gluten-free soy sauce, sake (Japanese rice wine), palm sugar, potato starch, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, sesamzaad, soja.
Microwave
Heat the beef stew with the rice and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the beef stew with the rice and vegetables covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil in a baking dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to a baking dish.
