Javanese Meatballs
This is yesterday's meal, still just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Individually packaged in sustainable disposable packaging. These meatballs made from beef mince (better living 2 stars), cumin seeds, galangal, red chilli, and ketjap are delightfully spicy and wonderfully succulent. The sajoer lodeh is authentically Indonesian, prepared with various vegetables, simmered in a mildly spiced coconut sauce. You'll also receive nasi kuning (yellow rice) on the side.
Javanese Meatballs
Beef mince (better living 2 stars), carrot, green beans, pointed cabbage, cauliflower, white onion, garlic, fresh lemongrass (sereh), bay leaf, lime leaf, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, galangal, trassi (shrimp paste), candlenut, pasteurised free-range egg, basmati rice, brown rice, panko (contains gluten), gluten-free ketjap manis, sambal badjak, coconut milk, santen (coconut cream), organic vegetable stock, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, noten, schaaldieren, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the meatballs, rice, and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes.

Heat the meatballs, rice, and vegetables covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
