Javanese Meatballs
These meatballs made from minced beef (Better Life 2 stars), cumin seeds, galangal, red chilli, and ketjap are delightfully spicy and wonderfully moist. The sajoer lodeh is authentically Indonesian, prepared with a variety of vegetables simmered in a mildly spiced coconut sauce. It comes with nasi kuning (yellow rice).
Minced beef (Better Life 2 stars), cauliflower, green beans, pointed cabbage, carrot, white onion, red chilli, garlic, fresh lemongrass (sereh) and bay leaf, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, galangal, lime leaves, trassi (shrimp paste), candlenut, pasteurised free-range egg, basmati rice, brown rice, panko (contains gluten), gluten-free ketjap manis, sambal brandal, coconut milk, santen (coconut cream), organic vegetable stock, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the meatballs, rice, and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Heat the meatballs, rice, and vegetables covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
