Jamaican jerk chicken
Jerk is the barbecue style of Jamaica. One of the classic jerks is jerk chicken. I marinate the chicken (better living 2 stars) with my 'jerk paste' and roast it until juicy and dark brown. I serve a generous portion of coleslaw, made from a variety of crunchy vegetables and mango chutney. The fresh potato fries come from the oven, making them less greasy. You can dip the fries in my homemade chipotle mayonnaise. Enjoy your meal! :) The chicken is slightly different from the photo: you will receive 1 chicken leg.
