A classic Italian pasta dish featuring super tender wild boar stew, fragrant and full of flavour from the herbs and spices. The capers add a refreshing twist! I serve it with a crisp green salad dressed with basil dressing.
Italian Wild Boar Stew with Pappardelle
Wild boar (Echt Wild quality mark), tomatoes, courgette, carrot, cherry tomatoes, fennel, celery, white onion, garlic, fresh basil, bay leaf, parsley, rosemary, thyme, capers, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, Parmesan cheese, pappardelle pasta, chicken stock, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, gluten, koemelk, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat pappardelle loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold).

Heat pappardelle covered with an ovenproof dish or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 persons). Serve with the salad (cold).
