Italian Stew with Fresh Mashed Potatoes
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Packed per person in sustainable disposable packaging. This dish is all about patience: I slow-cook the beef chuck (Better Life 2 stars) for a long time with porcini mushrooms, a cinnamon stick, and fresh rosemary. This allows all the flavours to meld together, creating a pure Italian stew. I mix in roasted celeriac and peppers. On the side, I serve a fresh mash with fennel and rocket. Enjoy!
