Italian Soup with Beef

A hearty soup based on my homemade veal stock, packed with tomatoes, vegetables, and pieces of beef chuck (better life 2 stars). 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.

Beef chuck (better life 2 stars), white onion, carrot, tomatoes, celery, porcini mushrooms, garlic, fresh bay leaf, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, veal stock (contains celery), balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Allergens: selderij, sulfiet.

Heat the soup in the microwave with the lid loosely on for 1-2 minutes, or in a saucepan on the stove.
