Indonesian Rice Table
A table full of delights with this new Indonesian rice table! I serve the daging Bali (braised beef - better life 2 stars) with nasi kuning, a festive yellow rice with turmeric and coconut milk, along with a Dutch twist of sajoer vegetables. Served with a sambal egg and atjar tjampoer. The dish is slightly different from the photo.
Indonesian Rice Table
Beef chuck (better life 2 stars), Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, white cabbage, bean sprouts, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, red bell pepper, white onion, garlic, red chilli, fresh lemongrass (sereh), ginger, galangal root, bay leaf, lime leaf, ginger, turmeric, trassi (shrimp paste), free-range egg, basmati rice, gluten-free ketjap manis, veal stock (contains celery), sambal badjak, coconut milk, santen (coconut cream), sugar, white vinegar, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, schaaldieren, selderij, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Remove the egg. Heat the stew, rice, vegetables, and egg loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the atjar (cold) and egg.

Remove the egg. Heat the stew, rice, and vegetables covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the atjar (cold) and egg. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
