Indian Curry with Koftas
These koftas come from Indian cuisine and are made from lamb mince (better life 2 stars) and potato, infused with fragrant spices such as cardamom and cumin seeds. We bake the koftas in the oven until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through. They are served in a spiced Indian tomato curry, which pairs perfectly with a generous portion of crunchy vegetables mixed with yellow wholegrain rice.
