Hutspot from the Oven
Our chef Jeroen enjoyed this surprising hutspot during a family dinner and was so enthusiastic about it that I immediately added it to the menu! The onions and bacon are sautéed with a bit of soy sauce and then mixed with the mashed potatoes and carrots. The mixture is then placed in the oven with some cheese and breadcrumbs on top to create a crispy crust. Enjoy!
