This pasta dish is a child-friendly delight! I make a mild sauce with tender pieces of chicken thigh fillet (Beter Leven 2 stars), fresh basil, and finely chopped green vegetables (courgette and peas), serving it with wholemeal penne.

Chicken thigh fillet (Beter Leven 2 stars), courgette, white onion, peas, fresh basil, smoked paprika powder, oregano, thyme, mascarpone, Parmesan cheese, cream, wholemeal penne pasta, butter, wheat flour, chicken stock, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the pasta with chicken loosely covered for 2-4 minutes (1 person), up to 5-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta with chicken covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes (1 person), up to 15-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
