Halloween Pumpkin Pie

It's Halloween this week, so a perfect excuse to bake this pumpkin pie :) We build this classic tart with a crispy base of flour, butter, and warm spices, topped with a light mixture of roasted pumpkin mousse, cream, and eggs. We'll bake this pie in the oven. It will be finished off with a mini marshmallow. Happy Halloween!
