Grilled Basil Chicken
A special dish of tender roasted chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars) in a spicy marinade of fresh basil, lemon, and garlic. The warm salad of white beans, chickpeas, and fresh herb pistou is inspired by a recipe from 'Puur natuur' by Alain Ducasse, a truly excellent cookbook! This is accompanied by roasted fennel and peppers, mixed with crunchy leaf spinach. You will receive a chicken thigh fillet instead of the drumstick shown in the photo.
Grilled Basil Chicken
Chicken drumstick (better life 2 stars), fennel, red and yellow pepper, spinach, white onion, garlic, red chilli, lemon, fresh basil, chives, chervil, parsley, thyme, chickpeas, white beans, caraway seeds, bay leaf, yoghurt, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the chicken, vegetables, and bean salad loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Remove the bean salad from the microwave earlier if necessary, as it should be served warm.

Preheat the chicken, vegetables, and bean salad covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Remove the bean salad from the oven earlier if necessary, as it should be served warm. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
