Gochujang Chicken
Today on the menu is a dish from Korean cuisine! This spicy stew, also known as 'Dak Doritang', is packed with flavour thanks to specific Korean ingredients such as gochujang (red chilli paste), fresh ginger, honey, garlic, and sesame. The stew is further filled with carrot, potato, parsnip, and pak choi. We roast the spicy marinated boneless chicken thigh fillet (Beter Leven 2 stars) in the oven until golden brown and cooked through. Served alongside is Korean-style whole grain rice, topped with roasted peanuts, spring onion, and black sesame seeds.
