Fresh Sausage with Broccoli Mash

Deliciously Dutch! This fresh organic fennel sausage from Brandt&Levie is pure in flavour and robust in texture. Accompanying it is a creamy mash packed with broccoli.

Heat the broccoli mash with the sausage loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Oven — 200°C, 15-25 min

Warm the broccoli mash with the sausage covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
