French Stew
This stew is one of my kitchen favourites that needs little explanation. Good quality fresh French fennel sausage and parsley/garlic sausage (organic), plum tomatoes, plenty of fresh vegetables, reduced red wine, and patience make this a delicious classic stew. I serve it with a light mashed potato.
Fresh fennel sausage (pork, sea salt, fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, sweet paprika), tomatoes, courgette, carrot, white onion, celery, garlic, red pepper, leek, celeriac, potato, fresh rosemary, thyme, milk, Dijon mustard, tomato purée, red wine, homemade veal stock (contains celery), rapeseed oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the stew with mashed potato loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 20-30 minMarleen's choice
Heat the stew with mashed potato covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
