Flemish Stew with Summer Mash
This is yesterday's meal, still just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Packed per person in sustainable disposable packaging. Slow-cooked for hours in Belgian brown beer, mustard, and apple syrup, this beef chuck (better living 2 stars) becomes tender and develops a rich sweet-sour flavour. The green mash made with three types of beans, fresh bean herbs, and other fresh green herbs is refreshing and crunchy, making it a perfect flavour companion to this Flemish stew.
