Fagottino di pollo
Enjoy a taste of Italy with these fagottini di pollo. Fagottini means little bundles. For this bundle, wrapped in crispy brick pastry, I combine tender roasted chicken with sage and ricotta. You'll also receive a portion of fregola with lightly steamed vegetables and a Sicilian-style tomato pesto. Buon appetito!
Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), spinach, broccoli, peas, carrot, tasty tom cherry tomato, white onion, garlic, lemon, fresh basil, mint, sage, almonds, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Romano DOP, ricotta, crème fraîche, butter, fregola pasta (wheat flour), brick pastry (contains wheat flour), organic vegetable stock, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, noten, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the chicken parcel and the fregola loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the fregola (this can be eaten warm or cold) and the pesto (cold).

Preheat the chicken parcel and the fregola, covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons), uncovering for the last 5 minutes. Serve with the fregola (this can be eaten warm or cold) and the pesto (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
