Curry
Beef curries are less common in India, and this South Indian Chennai curry is definitely worth trying! Fragrant and spicy, based on tomato, fenugreek, fennel seeds, cloves, and ginger, we gently simmer pieces of beef (better living 2 stars) until they are melt-in-the-mouth tender. This curry is also known as Madras. Served with fluffy cardamom rice and sautéed green vegetables. Dish may differ from photo.
