Creamy Leek and Sausage
Transport yourself to a French brasserie with this authentic dish featuring a Dutch twist. I sauté fresh sausage meat and let it simmer with leeks, diced ham, onions, mushrooms, and a splash of cream. I serve this vegetable-rich dish alongside a spiced potato salad.
Diced ham, pork (contains gluten), broccoli, leek, mushrooms, white onion, garlic, potato, fresh marjoram dried, chilli powder, fennel seeds, cream, cornflour, organic vegetable stock, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Heat the sauce with potato loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the sauce with potato covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
