A hearty and robust stew with a hint of spice, based on tomatoes and filled with high-quality chicken chipolata sausages, white beans, bell peppers, and bacon. Served alongside an American-style coleslaw, featuring crunchy corn and dressed with yoghurt and our homemade mayonnaise. Enjoy, guys!
Cowboy Stew with Coleslaw
Bacon, chicken chipolata sausages, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, white onion, carrot, pointed cabbage, red cabbage, garlic, spring onion, lemon, fresh bay leaf, cannellini beans, corn, chilli powder, smoked paprika, yoghurt, chilli sauce (tomato puree, garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt), tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce (contains soy), homemade mayonnaise (sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the stew loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the rice salad (cold).

Preheat the stew covered with an oven-safe dish or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the rice salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
