Classic Goulash
This is goulash as goulash should be! The authentic Hungarian flavour comes from the use of caraway seeds, marjoram, and sweet paprika. Served with a fluffy potato mash and a generous portion of sautéed mushrooms with braised peppers and celeriac.
Beef chuck (better life 2 stars), mushrooms, red pepper, celeriac, white onion, parsnip, red beet, carrot, celery, garlic, potato, fresh marjoram and parsley, caraway seeds, Hungarian paprika, oregano, crème fraîche, milk, Dijon mustard, tomato purée, homemade veal stock (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the goulash with the vegetables and potato mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Heat the goulash with the vegetables and potato mash covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
