Chicken Stroganoff with Basil Mash
A refined and classic dish full of flavour. I briefly sauté the various mushrooms on a hot plate and then stew them with onions, garlic, and caraway seeds. The roasted chicken thigh fillet (better living 2 stars) is added to the sauce, which has a fresh twist thanks to some crème fraîche. Together with the fresh potato mash, this is a dish to savour.

Chicken thigh fillet (better living 2 stars), mushrooms, flat green beans, red bell pepper, chestnut mushrooms, leek, white onion, garlic, carrot, celery, celeriac, potato, fresh basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, smoked paprika powder, caraway seeds, paprika powder, crème fraîche, milk, Dijon mustard, tomato purée, homemade chicken stock (contains celery), potato starch, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the chicken stroganoff with potato mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Heat the chicken stroganoff with the potato mash covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
