Chicken Parmigiana
Based on the New York classic, this is a typical Italian-American dish. The chicken breast (better living 2 stars) is coated in a crispy crust, and with the fresh, fragrant tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, this is one of our favourites at home. You serve the parmigiana with al dente spaghetti and crunchy, tender vegetables (instead of the salad shown in the photo).
Chicken schnitzel (chicken breast - better living 2 stars, breadcrumbs - gluten), anchovies, tomatoes, fennel, courgette, green beans, white onion, spinach, garlic, red chilli, fresh basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, thyme, fennel seeds, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, pasteurised free-range egg, whole wheat spaghetti, breadcrumbs, panko (contains gluten), butter, wheat flour, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
