Chicken Meatballs with Cauliflower Gratin
I mix the chicken mince (better life 2 stars) with spring onion, fresh parsley, and cumin seeds, then roast them in the oven until cooked through. You enjoy these meatballs with a low-fat cauliflower gratin made with tender cauliflower and a topping of good cheddar cheese. On the side, I prepare creamy mashed potatoes.
Chicken Meatballs with Cauliflower Gratin
Chicken mince (better life 2 stars), turkey mince, cauliflower, spring onion, garlic, potato, fresh parsley, chilli powder, cumin seeds, bay leaf, nutmeg, thyme, red cheddar, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, panko (contains gluten), butter, plain flour, Dijon mustard, rapeseed oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the mashed potatoes with the chicken meatballs and cauliflower gratin loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the oven and heat the mashed potatoes with the chicken meatballs and cauliflower gratin covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
