Chicken in Honey Thyme Sauce
This French dish is pure in flavour and we prepare it with a chicken leg (better living 2 stars). We braise the leg until tender in a sauce made from homemade chicken stock, small onions, fresh thyme, honey, and white wine. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed green vegetables.
Chicken in Honey Thyme Sauce
Chicken leg (better living 2 stars), courgette, green beans, broccoli, spinach, white onion, garlic, potato, fresh thyme, nutmeg, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, white wine, honey, homemade chicken stock (contains celery), rapeseed oil, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the chicken leg with sauce and the mashed potatoes with vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Heat the chicken leg with sauce and the mashed potatoes with vegetables covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
