Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), fennel, celeriac, green beans, carrot, white onion, rocket, garlic, potato, lemon, fresh parsley, yellow mustard seeds, fennel seeds, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, coarse mustard, chicken stock, honey, butter, sherry vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the chicken in honey-mustard sauce and the vegetables with mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the chicken in honey-mustard sauce and the vegetables with mash covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
