Chicken Cassoulet with Tarragon
A French cassoulet packed with fibre, low in fat, and loaded with vegetables? Absolutely! This dish, inspired by a recipe from Sergio Hermans (from Smaakmakers), is made with chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), small white beans, and various vegetables such as artichoke, green beans, and tomato. The fresh tarragon adds a refreshing twist to the dish. Served with fluffy mashed potatoes. Bon appétit!
Chicken Cassoulet with Tarragon
Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), courgette, artichoke heart, green beans, white onion, cherry vine tomatoes, garlic, potato, fresh tarragon, thyme, confit lemon, white beans, tarragon, thyme, milk, yoghurt, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the cassoulet with the mashed potatoes loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the cassoulet with the mashed potatoes covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
