Chicken Alfredo
Today, I'm cooking the classic Chicken Alfredo for you. A creamy sauce with Parmesan cheese, whole grain penne, and tender pieces of chicken (Beter Leven 2 stars) that I marinate overnight in Italian herbs. You'll also receive a generous portion of roasted pumpkin and steamed courgette and broccoli.
Chicken Alfredo
Chicken thigh fillet (Beter Leven 2 stars), pumpkin, broccoli, courgette, garlic, fresh basil and parsley, oregano, thyme, rosemary, paprika powder, Parmesan cheese, milk, cream, whole grain penne pasta, butter, wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose.
Microwave
Heat the pasta and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta and vegetables covered with an ovenproof dish or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
