Catalan Chicken with Romesco Sauce
Indulge in luxury with this tender chicken suprême. We fill this chicken (better life 2 stars) under the skin with roasted garlic, onion, and pimentón de la vera (smoked paprika) and grill the chicken to a golden brown in the oven. The romesco sauce made from roasted red peppers, roasted almonds, fresh basil, and orange is both refreshing and rich, pairing beautifully with the green beans and broccoli. I also serve a creamy Spanish-style potato tortilla alongside. Enjoy your meal!
Chicken suprême (better life 2 stars), broccoli, red pepper, green beans, white onion, garlic, red chilli, potato, orange zest, fresh basil, smoked paprika, almonds, fresh free-range egg, red wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the chicken, tortilla, and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the romesco sauce (cold).

Preheat the chicken and tortilla uncovered and the vegetables covered with aluminium foil or an oven-safe dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). After 10 minutes, place an oven-safe dish on the chicken and tortilla to prevent them from drying out and darkening. Serve with the romesco sauce (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
